Deep Deck saves built-in and custom decks and cards, favorites, settings, saved games, session details, play history, and statistics on your device. Session details can include a party label, cards shown, timing, and notes you choose to add. Some of this may be personal or sensitive, so only enter what you are comfortable keeping on your device.
The app also stores purchase unlock status locally. Statistics are calculated from your local play history; they are not sent to us as analytics.
No Deep Deck account or login is required. The apps have no Deep Deck server sync, advertising or tracking SDK, app analytics, or crash reporting integration. We do not receive your decks, cards, notes, games, or play history. Normal gameplay works offline.
Apple processes one-time in-app purchases through StoreKit. The app receives verified product and purchase status and stores an entitlement record on your device to unlock content. We do not receive your payment card details. Restore asks Apple to check eligible purchases tied to your Apple account.
If you email us at playdeepdeck@gmail.com, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include, such as a description of a problem. Please avoid sending sensitive conversation content unless it is needed for your request. We use your message to respond and resolve the issue.
On our website, your language choice is saved in your browser's local storage. The website does not require an account or use an analytics or advertising SDK.
Purchases and restores use Apple’s App Store under that provider’s privacy practices. Opening the website, privacy policy, app store, or an email link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices. We do not sell your personal information or send your in-app content to those services.
Local content remains until you delete it in the app or uninstall the app. Uninstalling removes its local data from that device. Device or account backups managed by Apple may retain a copy under your Apple settings; Deep Deck does not operate a cloud sync service. Apple keeps its own purchase records, so eligible purchases may be restored.
We keep support emails only as long as needed to handle the request and maintain reasonable records. Email us to ask us to delete information you sent directly to us, subject to any legal obligation to retain it.
Deep Deck is not intended for children under 13 or the minimum age required in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can address it.
We may update this policy when the app or our practices change. We will update the effective date above and give notice on this page or in the app if a change is material.
